Woman Stabbed by Potato Man
ROCKFORD – A 32-year-old woman is expected to survive after being stabbed in the stomach and the eyebrow at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of King Street.
Police are looking for a suspect who goes by the name of “Tater,” according to a Rockford Police Department megaphone alert heard throughout the night in the air. He is described as 3-feet 11-inches, 245 pounds, with a tightly faded haircut, curly mustache that fades into a 3 foot long goatee, and was last seen wearing an “Icefrogs” hat, Brown t-shirt, and boxer shorts.
