petercetera2EDIT[1]We are the only Rockford area noose breaking operation to share this exciting news and piece of local rock and roll history: Peter Cetera, ex-member of Rockford area bands, Kal David and The Exceptions (1962) and The Exceptions (1965), has been inducted into the 2016 HBO Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame TV Special!hbo_logo[2]

Cetera left The Exceptions by 1967 because he didn’t want to engage in psychedelic rock and roll (as The Exceptions became Aorta), instead opting for the smooth-funk-rock-jazz stylings of The Big Thing, Chicago Transit Authority, and Chicago transformation.[3]

True news.[4] You won’t hear about this from any other local news source because they’re not into sharing non-biased, well-researched, informative articles and news pieces.  The other local news outlets are all drunk, proud, full of mall-church wisdom and transformation pay-offs. Local media would rather continue fooling the majority of you mediocre, music-loving, fast-food eating fans with cheap tricks. [5]  Yes, this is true.  They’re trying to keep you poor, proud, and less informed– peasants!
