Local Man Loves A Fresh Plate of Italian Nachos After Sunday Church

Rockford, IL – Jason Nelson, an age 42 divorced father of one, has made the best of his weekends in Rockford this year by enjoying a plate of Italian Nachos from Old Chicago on East State Street with a pitcher of Miller Lite after Sunday Church at Third United Christ for The Free Hearts.

Nelson tells us, “I told myself at the end of 2013 that I had to do something about my life in The Rockford if I’m stuck here without extra finances to move to Roscoe yet. I love Sunday church, so the choice to extend my Sunday Funday from Third United to Old Chicago as a new year’s resolution was a natural one. I love their ‘Talian Nachos with a fresh pitcher of Miller Lite.  They don’t act up on me like Chili’s chips and salsa do on Monday mornings.”

Nelson, like many single or divorced unemployed men in the Rockford area, consider Mondays through Fridays to be “good days to look for work before enjoying the weekend.”

He adds, “By keeping my new year’s resolution, it’s allowed me to believe that The Rockford might have something good in store for me in 2014.  I still have 6 months to get it right but I’m not too worried anymore.  

All one needs to be at peace in The Rockford is the Lord, Talian Nachos, Miller Lite and hope. I believe the Rockford will help me if I keep my new year’s promise to myself every Sunday.”
