Man beats Wife at Annual Festival of Lights
ROCKFORD– No one knows why Dan Baerden dragged his wife out of the family SUV Friday at the annual Festival of Lights and beat her in front of the light up Snoopy display.His children were screaming obscenities at their mother out of the windows and cheering on their dad.
