Schools Kick Off Football Season
Local high schools kicked off their 2012 football seasons. Rockford Auburn H.S. broke a long losing streak to give new head coach, Daniel Apino, his first victory as a Knight. Apino also happens to be the reigning coach of state champions, Rockford Boylan H.S.., who won their first game for free without payoffs to the refs or the opposing team’s poorest starters. Other schools beat up on each other pretty good and concession stand sales were through the roof. Hononegah killed their opponent and Stillman Valley destroyed Oregon. The 2012 season is going to be exciting but we’re expecting Boylan to win it all because they have the wealthiest alumni which means they have nicer uniforms than Rockford public school teams. Better uniforms always win in the end. We’re declaring Rockford Boylan the 2012 state champ now to save you some time.
