They want homeless singing sensation, Johnny Emerald the IIIrd, to perform at Rockford’s City Market, a popular weekly drinking party that brings Rockford’s thirstiest people from all over to downtown on Fridays to enjoy beer and music (along with a few bars of soap and pizza slices).
