Rockford, IL – Dear FEDs, official agents of truth and national news stuff, please take a thorough look through the financial books of every agency, organization, board, acting as a public charity in affiliation with the City of Rockford. Please review all arts, economic, tourism, housing and private contractors, businesses, firms, developers, etc.–ANYTHING–that’s connected by a penny and a dollar budget, fund, being handled (and syphoned) to the City of Rockford, the State of Illinois, and the federal government. Also scour the unofficial city minutes that are being edited before submission for public records for additional mistakes. Bring your read between the lines glasses and bad math calculators because there is something going on in broad daylight and we, the poor people of Rockford who are told to “think positive” by leaders in all sectors, want action (and more laughs) now.
